This was a diamond in the rough. The Kissimmee location is in the lobby of a gated vacation resort that is off the beaten path on a side road that not many cars will drive by. Even so, there’s no sign, no way of really knowing this place exists. But let me just say it was some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. We opted for the all you can eat for 30 option, which is not on the menu. My wife discovered it online. I’m glad she did. They bring you so many different options that you virtually get to try everything on the menu. We counted 19 different types of sushi and menu items throughout our meal. The sushi was so fresh and perfectly prepared. I was so impressed by this place that I am committed to bring visitors here as a must. I love good sushi and this is as good as it gets. Even the dessert was amazing and I’m not a huge sweets lover. My favorite sushi was the lemon nigiri. It had lemon zest on top with caviar and oh man, it was a pleasant surprise. The lemon just made it an absolutely perfect bite of food. The civiche was incredible. The cucumber salad was fresh and crisp. The carpaccio was flavorful. There was nothing that was brought to us that we didn’t eat. Literally. We ate all of it. It was quite a great dinner. I can’t wait to return with friends.

Delicious and affordable sushi, brazilian rodizio style! We opted for the sushi experience, which is an AYCE offering based on the chef's selection, and you can repeat courses as much as you like. The food was fresh, seemingly made on the spot, and the flavor combinations were fantastic. We visited on a weekend evening for an early dinner, and the service was outstanding. Viviana, our server, made the experience even more enjoyable. When our daughter requested a brownie, despite it not being available at the time, Viviana went above and beyond to bring one for her. Our 9-year-old wanted me to mention, "it was delicious and I liked EVERYTHING!"—which says it all. Highly recommend this place for great sushi, fantastic service, and a welcoming atmosphere!

Fantastic dinner! they had all you can eat and we were very pleased. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone staying near the magic Kingdom!

If you’re looking for fresh, delicious sushi in Kissimmee, this is the place to go! The quality of the fish is top-notch, and the presentation is beautiful. The staff is friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. We tried several rolls and each one was better than the last. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The ambiance is cozy and clean — great for both a casual night out or a special dinner. Amazing sushi place, creative and delicious cocktails and impecable service by Sula, Gustavo and Leticia. Went there with my boyfriend and my mother in law and we had a really good time. The ambiance is very pleasant, the sushi is delicious. We got the all you can eat option and a couple of cocktails. Highly recommend!

I had such an amazing experience at American Japa Sushi! Gustavo, Sula and Viviane are the perfect team, they were very attentive and kind the entire night. I’ll definitely come back, all the rolls and appetizers where fresh and delicious! I recommend the “Chef Experience” from all the services that they offer, it’s very unique and complete.

This sushi restaurant deserves the highest praise! The service was impeccable, attentive and friendly. More importantly, the food was outstanding – incredibly fresh and delicious. Five stars isn't enough to fully capture the quality of the experience. Highly recommend!
